over the U.S. - no body knows how he can work this hard. He will perform at the Orpheum,

Oakdale Theater, Wallingford, CT (24-25), Foxwoods Casino, Ledyard, CT (26-28), Mullins

Peter Pit memorial service has been moved from the Lance
Burton Theatre to the South Pacific room at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. The time and

about a professional magician who vanishes while his sister tries to find him, has just

Mark Kalin, Jinger and Jeff Hobson's "Carnival
of
Wonders" show signs a three-year contract to appear at the Flamingo Hilton in Reno,
NV. Kalin said, "I see this show as a metaphor for life. It's scary, colorful and
surprising, and you never know what's around the corner." Involved in the production
are magicians Joanie Spina and Jim steinmeyer. The show runs nightly (except Tuesdays) at
9pm, Saturdays at 8pm and 10:30pm. Tickets are $24.95 and can be purchased by phoning

Terry Parrett, Eric Citron, Paul Ruben, Larry Kransy and
Tonya Memme are among the magicians expected to perform in a new VH-1 TV special titled,
"The Magic of Videos." In addition to performing magic the participants will
take part in a roundtable discussion reviewing music videos which have magic themes. The
tapings are currently under way and expect to air the first part of April. The show will

David Regal will be making his exclusive New York
appearance on Friday Mar. 5, at this years Willie Schneider Memorial Lecture
produced by Meir Yedid. Regal will perform his new Magic Castle act and then explain it
all. Also in the lecture will be some of his classic routines and new items from his
upcoming book which is being published by the Hermetic Press and should be available in a

The 12th annual Comedy & Magic Show produced and emceed

The winners at the World Magic Summit, in Las Vegas were:
The Siegfried & Roy Gold Lion Head award and $5,000 went to Voronin from the Ukraine,
The Lance Burton award for the Junior competition and $500 went to Ashley Springer from
NYC. The Evasons won the "SARMOTI" fresh new act award and Die Plebsbuttel
from Germany won the $1,000 originality award. The convention was dedicated to Marvyn
