The Fox Family Channel has two new magic projects scheduled
for their 1999-2000 season. The first is a special titled, "The World Magic
Awards" and will feature internationally acclaimed magicians who will perform and
receive honors in eleven "best of" categories. The second project is an
ambitious weekly series titled "Magic Tonight" which promises to take
"viewers into a world of mystery and magic to show everything from the bizarre to the

does parts of his act in the 1995 movie "Funny Bones" which also stars Jerry

Michael Grandinetti who was featured in "The World's
Most Dangerous Magic II" this past Sunday was profiled by Kelly Whalen in the Breeze

Penn & Teller's Sin City Spectacular which has
concluded its first season of 24 one-hour shows that aired from August, 1998 through
April, 1999 on FX-TV has not been picked up for a second season. Although the series will
