Teller making one of his very rare lecture appearances at the 2006 The Theory and Art of Magic program held at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. "An Evening With Teller" took place on November 29, 2006 and featured him performing some pieces as well as discussing video clips of his work. There was also a discussion moderated by Dr. Lawrence Hass where Teller shared his thinking about magic. Dr. Hass later described the event as "The evening was truly magical.
