Taken during the intermission of "The Christian Fechner Magic Collection - Part 3" held on October 25 at the Swann Galleries in New York City. The auction offered 339 lots of magic and almost all of the lots sold. The total realized prices totaled more than US $600,000. The big-ticket items were the "Houdini's Metamorphasis" poster (US $50,000), the "OKITO et Polising" poster (US $42,000), and "Chung Ling Soo Marvelous Chinese Conjuror" poster (US $24,000). The packed house included many well-known magicians and collectors from around the world. The above prices do not include the 20% buyers premium or the 8.375% sales tax.
